How did they do it?

How did they do it? These buildings were built long before powered cranes, lifts, cars, etc. The intricate stone work, the ability to withstand two world wars, and they are still holding strong. That is quality control if I have ever seen it. These are not buildings. These are pieces of art that not only allow people to look at and enjoy them, we live our lives in them. These buildings serve a purpose and a community. They house a government and royal family. They keep a nation running and a city bustling. Human interaction happens inside what these people built with their two hands. This is why I got in to this business. To challenge the brain wave of throwing up buildings to make a 4% profit. I want to create spaces that better the lives of its occupants and lasts not only in function but also in beauty for more than 20 years.  The world has truly lost touch with the art of construction. It isn't all about the money.

  1. I completely agree Miss KK. Very astute and key observations for such a young las. (British word). Auburn, AL is sad without a little KK in it's life.
